Tasting Notes
Nice pretty floral rose petals aromas from the skin contact along with soft cherry fruit tones.
Smooth entrance with cherry flavors, candy and watermelon. The palate follows through with a grippy but refreshing mouthfeel texture and lingering candy strawberry finish.

Vineyard Notes
We first planted Pinot Gris in the late 1980s. Our vines are located on a sloping hill that has the most availability to underground water.
Production Notes
We destemmed/crushed the Pinot Gris grape to open Fermenter to soak for two days prior to pressing off to achieve optimum color and flavor extraction.
Once pressed, the juice was then fermented in a Stainless Steel tank using DV10 Champagne yeasts.
