Sémillon wines are full of mystery, yet they make up the majority of the most famous blended wine in the world. When enjoyed young they are crisp and citrusy.
Unlike other white wines, age enhances them with rich tastes of peach and apple. Drink now or cellar them and open periodically to let the mystery unfold!
First aroma's for dry flowers-potpourri and morel mushroom before the citric rind and melon tropical tones show through.
A round palate entrance of orange-blossom, straw, floral and oak notes with Mango and Guava tropical fruit tones. Overall a round mouthfeel that still maintains a zesty finish.

Aged in a Concrete Egg and Barrels on its yeast lees for 10 months
Whole cluster pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank using DV10 Champagne yeasts. Once dry, the wine is transferred to a concrete egg and barrels for extra micro-oxidation to enhance texture and varietal development. The wine was then racked, filtered and bottled.
