After many blendng trials in the winery, our most approachable and exciting Pinot Noir edition was born. Combining our three favorite Pinot Noir clones: Wädenswil, Pommard and 115. Flavors of strong black and red cherry with hints of plums and strawberries. Salmon, bacon, mushrooms and any game bird pairs well with this award-winning wine.
